Trade Marketing Executive - Out Of Home - 12 Month FTC

Job Description
This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional with a passion for delivering excellence. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend sales and marketing responsibilities to drive growth and foster brand awareness. As our Trade Marketing Executive, you will be a strategic thinker and an effective communicator, ready to make a significant impact in the ‘Out of Home’ business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* OOH Budget Management:
o Raise purchase orders (POs) and manage goods receipting.
o Track monthly actuals vs. plan and forecast budgets.
o Oversee agency retainers (Regency, Clarion, OMNE).
* Set up new vendors and handle SAP setup.
* Ensure timely invoice payments.
* Review and source new vendor relationships.
1. OOH Sample Process:
* Approve samples and manage the budget.
* Update sample forms with costing and SKU updates.
* Raise sample payments.
2. Approve and support sales orders.
3. Source branded merchandise and POS.
4. Manage costs and restocking levels.
5. OOH Trade Show Planning:
* Select strategic shows and plan relevant solutions, working with the New Business Account Manager on trade show and networking strategy.
* Organise show stand design and support materials.
* Coordinate logistics and conduct post-show ROI analysis.
6. Strategic Data Collation:
* Monitor trends and adjust strategy plans.
* Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with Insights team.
* Feed learnings into sales and brand teams.
7. ROI Tracking:
* Track initiatives and activations.
* Analyse impact and success.
* Share success stories and learnings.
8. Trade Marketing Asset Management:
* Manage asset creation with key stakeholders.
* Ensure OTIF delivery of assets.
* Monitor success and obtain results.
9. Account-Based Marketing:
* Develop strategies to win specific accounts.
* Focus on core segments like hotels, education, and contract catering.
* Open doors and start conversations with potential clients.
10. Manage the SharePoint toolkit for sales reps.
11. Collaborate to create necessary tools with OOH and CPG teams.
12. LinkedIn Organic Posts:
13. Plan and execute an organic social media plan.
14. Support all brands, sectors, and channels.
15. Monitor and report on success and learnings.
16. Distributor and Mystery Shopper Management:
* Serve as the key contact for monthly mystery shopper updates and feedback to internal stakeholders, distributors, and operations.
* Act as the second point of contact with distributors.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3+ years experience within a branded and fast-growing food or drinks brand.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
* Proven track record of surpassing KPIs.
* Results-oriented, commercially minded, and a great brand ambassador.
* Understanding of basic marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
* Passionate about delivering excellence and eager to learn and develop new skills.
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Enjoy working in a small, entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small or big.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to contribute to business growth.
