A strong underlying knowledge of the out-of-town retail market would be preferable.**What this job involves*** To have or be able to gain a strong understand of the out of town Retail and Leisure markets.* Preparation of marketing materials and reports* Undertaking pre-sale and acquisition due diligence* Generation of buy side idea targets* Underwriting assets using cashflow modelling (training can be given)* Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service for a wide variety of clients (including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Companies)* Opportunity to build relationships with other investment agents and clients* Ultimately growing into a self-generating Investment agent in time* Coaching and upskilling of graduates and newly qualified team members* RICS certification preferable* Experience working in a capital markets or out of town agencyStrong interest in the retail sector* Highly numerate with good report writing skills* Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint* Excellent attention to detail* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious and hungry for success**Location:**On-site –London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
