🎯 The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives at IRIS. You’ll manage full project lifecycles — from scoping & planning through execution & delivery — ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholders, and compliance.
🛠 What you’ll do:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (servers, cloud, security, M&A, infrastructure upgrades) 🌐
* Build detailed project plans, RAID logs & stakeholder updates 📋
* Run weekly project meetings, milestone reviews & workshops 🤝
* Collaborate with teams across Sales, HR, Marketing Ops & Finance 👥
* Manage risks, issues & changes with precision ⚖️
* Produce highlight reports, dashboards & KPI updates 📊
✨ What we’re looking for:
* Experience managing complex IT projects across multiple functions ✅
* Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2 & Waterfall methodologies
* Skilled in tools like Asana, Clarizen, Microsoft Project & SharePoint 💻
* Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills 🧩
* Calm under pressure, flexible during change & confident in decision-making 💡
📅 What success looks like:
* 3 months: Deliver initial projects & align teams
* 12 months: Drive effective collaboration, reporting & risk management
* 2 years: Lead strategic transformation projects (M&A, infrastructure & enterprise software) 🚀
