Responsibilities
* Defining and delivering the Insurance product strategy and roadmap to support customer, commercial and regulatory objectives
* Leading the ongoing development and optimisation of the AA’s Insurance Broker product portfolio
* Owning product fees, charges and add-on pricing strategies to deliver fair value and profitability
* Monitoring product performance, customer outcomes and conduct metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Identifying risks, trends and opportunities and implementing effective, timely solutions
* Making key product decisions balancing customer needs, commercial performance and regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and improve product performance
* Managing product governance, conduct risk and FCA compliance across the Insurance Broker portfolio
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to deliver shared objectives
* Acting as a subject matter expert and senior leader within the Broker Extended Leadership Team
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading Product Management teams within an FCA regulated environment
* Strong understanding of insurance products, pricing structures and fair value principles
* Excellent commercial awareness supported by strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Deep knowledge of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and customer outcome frameworks
* Ability to balance customer outcomes, commercial performance and operational delivery
* Confidence influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives across complex environments
* Track record of building, developing and leading high-performing teams
* Strong governance and risk management capability with experience managing regulatory change
* Customer-focused approach with the ability to use data and insight to identify risks and opportunities
* Resilient and collaborative leadership style with the flexibility to operate strategically and hands‑on when needed
