What you will learn?
* Customer Service: Take and process orders from technicians and customers (in person and over the phone).
* Parts Management: Identify, source, and supply parts (including non-franchise items).
* Stock Control: Receive, check, and manage deliveries and warehouse inventory.
* Administration: Invoice and credit parts, maintain accurate records.
* General Duties: Ad hoc deliveries, maintain a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For
* GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
