Job Description
3. Analyse operational and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
4. Contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes
5. Support the end-to-end delivery of energy supply processes, including customer on boarding, Change of Tenancy activity, and contract validation
6. Operate and maintain accuracy within bespoke energy retail systems, ensuring data integrity and timely processing
7. Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Billing, and Operations teams to support customer journeys and resolve queries
8. Liaise with external stakeholders including brokers, industry bodies, and other suppliers to facilitate gas and electricity supply
9. Assist with sales operations activities, including contract processing, data validation, reporting, and exception handling
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Graduate should have:
10. A degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering and Sciences
11. Experience in the Energy Industry would be advantageous
12. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
