Monday to Thursday - 8.30am-5.30pm Friday - 9am-3pm Key Responsibilities Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries via phone and online platforms. Maintain strong profit margins while delivering excellent customer support. Keep accurate and up-to-date customer profiles using the company CRM system. Process orders and set up new customer accounts efficiently. Resolve customer queries and complaints, aiming for a first-time resolution. Support with administrative tasks across departments when required. Ensure all activity aligns with the company's Quality Assurance programme. Work towards and achieve individual and team KPIs. Ideal Candidate Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident in dealing with a diverse customer base. Able to work independently while using initiative. Previous experience in a customer service or support role. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. A collaborative team player who is willing to support across functions.
