We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, strategic and passionate Business Systems professional to oversee the variety of systems we have across our business functions. As Head of Business Systems, this role is pinnacle to maturing the landscape of our business systems and ensuring an overall integration solution is in place. Managing a team of 5, including you, will work closely with the IT Director and Head of Transformation and Programmes in formulating and delivering our IT strategy and resource that is aligned to help our users get the very best out of our systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Support Director of IT in feeding into and maintaining the IT OPEX & CAPEX budgets Capture, monitor & report IT service performance. KPI & SLA reports Project updates (deliverables/plan/budget) Period IT Update reports Management Meeting updates Help manage the business requirements list and co-ordinate priorities for the IT Business Systems, BI & Master data teams. Work with the team and IT Service & Support Manager to monitor demand & progress of issues, tasks and request. Ensure support requests are properly logged, prioritised & assigned. Review, progress & report status Development projects: Ensure projects are defined, planned, costed & authorised. Ensure projects are delivered to specification, on time & to budget. Assist in scoping, development & testing where appropriate. Manage IT supplier relationships: Review & help negotiate support contracts. Monitor, report & improve performance against agreed SLAs. Monitor & control expenditure versus budget.
