As a Communal Contracts Manager South, you’ll lead the management of our communal plant schemes, oversee responsive and major repairs, and make sure our Heat Networks run smoothly and efficiently. Day-to-day, you’ll manage budgets, ensure compliance, and work with colleagues, contractors, and customers to deliver excellent service. Whether you’re reviewing performance with partners, resolving customer queries, or driving improvements across 150 schemes, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and delivering value for money. You’ll be part of our Mechanical Services Team, collaborating across Peabody and with external stakeholders. If you’re motivated by problem-solving, service improvement, and delivering results for customers, this is the role for you.
