About the role
The Safeguarding Officer plays a fundamental role in ensuring the ongoing health and welfare of all students. You will be responsible for the meticulous coordination of all safeguarding referrals, including arranging necessary actions, and reviewing services provided to children and families. This role requires direct engagement
with students and their families to promote, strengthen, and develop support structures. Candidates must possess a deep, demonstrated understanding of safeguarding and child protection legislation, with essential prior experience of effective liaison with external agencies, particularly Social Services.
