What are we looking for. We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for administration, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will be supporting the wider multi-disciplinary Teams within the office. Assisting in project administration and providing secretarial support to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is your chance to be part of a supportive and innovative team, where your contributions will make a real difference. Your areas of knowledge and expertise: Experience within an administration role is essential Microsoft office suite (Intermediate level) Excellent attention to detail Good communicational and organisational skills Ability to work as part of a team and well as on your own. Positive can-do attitude. Experience of invoicing and billing is advantageous Assisting with travel and booking meetings Experience of maintaining and managing diaries Submission of planning applications/appeals via the Planning Portal/PINS would be advantageous Assisting the Office Manager with Ad Hoc projects and administration What are the benefits to you?
