Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive North American BD strategy aligned with global commercial objectives.
* Lead and mentor a growing team of 3-5 business development and sales professionals across the U.S.
* Build and expand partnerships with top-tier biopharma clients, with a focus on large pharma, biotech, and emerging innovators.
* Drive sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across the full CDMO service spectrum: API, DP, peptides, and drug conjugates (ADCs).
* Collaborate with global technical and operational teams to shape customized proposals, timelines, and delivery plans.
* Act as a senior face of the company in key conferences, client meetings, and strategic partnerships.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and growth strategies.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant
* 12+ years of progressive experience in business development or commercial leadership roles within the CDMO or CRO industry.
* Proven track record of selling end-to-end CDMO services to pharma and biotech clients in the U.S.
* Strong network and relationships with decision-makers at large and mid-sized pharma companies.
* Deep understanding of drug development, GMP manufacturing, and regulatory considerations across clinical phases.
* Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in team leadership, revenue generation, and market expansion.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
* Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or PharmD) preferred.
