Job Description
The role reports to the Vice President, Finance, and is part of a team across London, Cork, and Madrid managing investments in Europe. The Manager, Treasury, will oversee monthly financial reporting, daily finance operations, and support the treasury functions for a portfolio structure in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and report on treasury, liquidity, and capital management operations
* Prepare cash flow forecasts, manage bank accounts, and ensure compliance with SOX
* Assist in fund flow preparation and oversee payments
* Handle IFRS accounting and reporting, including month-end close and transactions
* Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet, perform reconciliations
* Review quarterly IFRS reporting for group compliance
* Review financial and lending data from operating platforms
* Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate external audits
* Complete quarterly compliance certificates and lender reports
* Assist in budgeting and variance analysis
* Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Degree with 2:1 or higher
* 3-4 years post-qualified ACA/ACCA, preferably from top 10 firms, with relevant sector experience
* Experience in treasury, debt management, and compliance reporting is a plus
* Familiarity with OneStream and finance systems
* Strong accounting fundamentals
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
