Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of projects for pension clients, including large DB and DC schemes in the UK. Work directly with pension providers, insurers, and public service schemes. Design and deliver reviews of administration operations, service improvement plans, and data management plans. Participate in GMP reconciliation, data cleansing, and other data and benefit audit projects. Manage the project delivery team and serve as the first point of contact for clients. Review work by junior team members and work directly with clients. Train and mentor junior staff. Develop relationships with current and potential clients to secure further work and increase revenue. Key Skills & Experience Deep understanding of DB and DC pension schemes, administration, and regulations. Experience as a consultant or senior pensions administrator in a client-facing role. Ability to interpret complex data and reports accurately. Expertise in pensions administration, calculations, and audits. Knowledge of UK pension regulations and compliance. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Personal Attributes Excellent communicator who simplifies complex problems. Motivated with a desire to solve problems and serve clients well.
