Are you an experienced Nurse with strong leadership skills looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager to join a highly reputable, family-run care provider at their well-established 40-bed nursing home in Chester.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
* Lead, mentor and support the nursing and care teams
* Ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times
* Conduct clinical audits and contribute to care planning and reviews
* Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and professionals
* Promote a safe and person-centred environment for all residents
* Support with staff recruitment, induction, and ongoing training
Required Skills & Experience:
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
* Strong experience in a senior nursing or supervisory role
* Excellent knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory standards
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
* Confident communicator with residents, families, and professionals
* Passionate about delivering exceptional care and driving quality improvement
