The Role
The Account Director will take the lead on major global FMCG and POS accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients. This pivotal role blends strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and creative insight to drive client satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams, first and foremost ensuring flawless project delivery and account direction - while identifying opportunities to grow your accounts. You’ll be shaping long-term client strategies and overseeing fast-paced rollout programmes, working with some fantastic accounts in the consumer electronics and tech space.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow high-profile global client accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving long-term success.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
* Balance creative excellence with commercial strategy to deliver outstanding, profitable results.
* Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts.
* Mentor and inspire account managers and junior team members to achieve excellence.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex retail design and POS projects, ensuring quality, precision, and timeliness.
* Represent ISI Global with confidence and professionalism in all client interactions and presentations.
About You
* 7–10+ years of account management experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior role within a retail design agency.
* Proven track record managing and growing global FMCG or retail accounts.
* Strong understanding of retail environments, POS, 3D design, and production processes.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.
* Passionate about design, detail-driven, and motivated to exceed expectations.
* Happy to travel internationally when required.
* Ideally experience working with consumer electronics and/or tech brands.
