As they embark on this new venture, they are seeking a dedicated Fire Commissioning Engineer to lead a new division and drive its growth.
Role Overview:
As the Fire Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for both installation and maintenance activities related to fire safety systems. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing our fire safety division, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct commissioning activities for fire safety systems, including both installation and maintenance.
2. Utilise your expertise in automatic fire detection systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
3. Lead the development and implementation of maintenance contracts, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate fire safety solutions seamlessly into our existing offerings.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in fire commissioning, with a strong background in both installation and maintenance.
* FIA (Fire Industry Association) qualified to Level 3 or higher.
* Proficient in automatic fire detection systems and related technologies.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality service to clients.
