Part - Time Office Administrator £24,000 / £25,000 (Pro-Rata) Office based - Edgbaston Ref: JP/BCR/31677 THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION, 1PM - 4:30 PM, 5 DAYS A WEEK. Are you looking for a part time office administrator role that you can do for the rest of your career? Do you have a background in administration? Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for a part time office administrator to join a small professional services firm in Edgbaston, just outside of Birmingham City Centre. The company is looking for someone who can support all of the consultants in the office with a variety of administration tasks. Duties could be many and varied but will include: Meeting & greeting clients at the office Drafting correspondence in response to enquiries Maintaining the filling and compliance system Shredding confidential waste Uploading documents to on-line portals Much moreThe ideal person will have extensive administration experience, be happy working in the Edgbaston (Birmingham) office 5 days a week, from 1pm - 4:30pm and be happy in a long term administration role / career.
