This role would suit a time-served technician who has completed a recognised apprenticeship and has gained hands-on experience maintaining and fault-finding process instrumentation in a live production setting. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable operation of instrumentation and control systems that are critical to plant performance, safety and compliance. Job Description * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on site instrumentation and control equipment * Fault find, diagnose and repair instrumentation issues to minimise downtime * Calibrate, test and commission field instruments including pressure, flow, level and temperature devices * Maintain and troubleshoot control loops and associated systems * Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring schematics and datasheets * Support shutdowns, breakdowns and plant improvement projects * Work closely with electrical, mechanical and operations teams to resolve plant issues Skills Required * Completed a recognised Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation apprenticeship * ...
