We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to lead our customer service team at the Rotork Factory in Chadderton. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will ensure the highest level of customer service, manage key customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement across our service delivery operations. * Have experience of working in a customer service focused environment
* Be able to demonstrate commercial awareness or have a background in Customer Service
