Salary:
£65,000 - £75,000 per year + £6,700 annual car allowance + private healthcare + additional benefits.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of the Oxford Station Phase 2 works, collaborating closely with Network Rail on a major upgrade to enhance capacity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Leading cost controls: Take ownership of cost management on your projects, guiding and supporting site teams as needed.
* Maximizing value: Lead the commercial teams to secure sustainable value from contracts and ensure fair subcontract settlements.
* Payment applications: Compile monthly applications for payment to clients and track certification and payment processes.
* Cost breakdown: Ensure costs are detailed down to site activity level.
* Collaboration: Work with project operational staff to ensure profitable and commercial aspects of site decisions are understood and documented.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying.
* Proven experience in quantity surveying within rail or civil engineering projects.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively.
