As People & Culture Systems Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of people systems solutions that enable business growth, improve user experience and drive operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the configuration, development, and lifecycle management of People systems (e.g., HRIS, Payroll, LMS, Recruitment platforms), ensuring they remain secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
* Drive continuous improvement across technology and business processes by evaluating performance, gathering user feedback, and implementing system enhancements.
* Lead cross-functional projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation, user testing, and go-live—managing change control, risk, and stakeholder engagement throughout.
* Collaborate with the Business Systems team to enable system integrations between People and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, Finance, CRM) using APIs or middleware, working closely with IT architecture and data teams to align with cyber security and data governance standards.
* Plan and oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Provide 3rd line support for critical systems, coordinating vendor escalations, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Design and automate reporting dashboards that deliver actionable insights to People & Culture and business leaders; collaborate with BI and data teams to embed people data into broader reporting frameworks.

* Ensure full compliance with company policies, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and IT security protocols

* Establish relationships with suppliers, contractors in line with the terms of business
* Establish and promote good internal relationships within the department and across the team ensuring that we treat our internal customers with care and consideration.
* Work with external providers to troubleshoot issues where appropriate
* Develop and manage the cross functionality of all the people management systems
* Foster a positive, proactive department culture and environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven HR system management with a strong track record of defining, leading, and successfully delivering complex, deadline-driven projects.
* Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact—exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
* Deep knowledge of information systems and systems integration, particularly within complex, multi-platform environments.
* Strong working knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and broader information security best practices.
* High-level proficiency in reporting and data tools such as Excel, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
* Experience working with HR platforms such as Ubeya is preferred and with Sage People & Payroll is desired.
