SEN Teaching Assistant

* Salary: £95 a day

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a classroom setting. This role is crucial in assisting with learning, behaviour management, and personal development, working closely with students either one-on-one or in small groups.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs within the classroom.
* Assist with academic tasks and personal development activities.
* Work closely with students in one-on-one settings or small groups to ensure they receive the necessary support.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective strategies that enhance student learning and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential.
* Must be a driver with access to a vehicle, as the role may require travel to different school locations or activities.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and engage with students.
* A passion for supporting the development and education of young people, with a patient and nurturing approach.
