About the role:

Thanks to our success, we’re seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our high-performing team.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of existing accounts across various industries (retail, health, beauty, travel, tech, etc.), acting as the main contact to ensure clients derive maximum value from our solutions and to identify opportunities for growth and relationship strengthening.

Responsibilities include:

* Manage and grow a high-volume account portfolio by building trusted relationships at scale.
* Drive commercial success through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and making actionable recommendations for optimization.
* Develop proposals and campaign strategies tailored to client needs.
* Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within our CRM system to ensure reliable forecasting.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and alignment.

About you:

* Experience managing a large number of accounts with excellent organizational skills.
* Proven success in managing renewals, upselling, and commercial negotiations.
* Strong pipeline management skills.
* Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
