THE CANDIDATE: You will have at least 5 years PQE in family law, ideally gained within a large City, regional or recognised niche family law practice. The successful Family Solicitor will have strong technical expertise spanning the broad range of privately funded family law matters and will be able to demonstrate this. With a strong track record in family law, you will possess the ability to advise on complex children matters, and financial remedy matters.
