NRL's client based in Glasgow are looking to recruit an Employee Relations & Chaage Manager to join them for a 5-6 Month contract on a PAYE basis. This will be hybrid working, full time working - hours can be flexible within reason to suit.
About the Role
Our client are seeking an experienced Interim Employee Relations & Change Partner to provide end-to-end coordination and hands-on delivery support across a complex restructuring and change programme.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring consultations are delivered at pace, consistently and in full compliance with employment legislation. You will act as a central point of coordination, managing consultation workplans and timelines while working closely with HR, legal, managers and employee representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme & Consultation Management
Lead and coordinate restructuring consultation activity across the programme
Manage consultation plans, timelines and governance, ensuring legal compliance and consistency
Maintain oversight of risks, issues, actions and dependenciesCollective Consultation Support
Coordinate employee representative elections where required
Prepare, manage and track consultation documentation and materials
Organise, attend and support collective consultation meetings
Capture employee feedback, questions and responses, ensuring audit-ready recordsIndividual Consultation Support
Prepare individual consultation packs and supporting documentation
Coordinate and attend individual consultation meetings
Brief and support managers throughout the process
Track representations, outcomes and decisions
Support fair and consistent selection, scoring, moderation and appeals processesImplementation & Handover
Ensure consistent communications across the programme
Support final decisions, notices, redundancy calculations and redeployment activity
Assist with exit processes and effective handover into implementationAbout You
Proven experience in Employee Relations, particularly within change and restructuring environments
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and consultation requirements
HR degree qualified (or equivalent professional qualification)
Confident working at pace in complex, sensitive environments
Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
Comfortable providing both strategic coordination and hands-on delivery supportWhy This Role?
