Job description
With projects scheduled throughout 2025 & 2026, DMN Project Build are looking for high-quality, experienced joiners to join our team who can both manufacture and install custom joinery elements, working on the bench and on site.
Our work consists of the manufacture & installation of bespoke joinery items such as reception counters, bars, banquette seating, feature walls, ceiling panelling and more. Projects are usually undertaken on fit-out and refurbishment projects within office space, bars, pubs, restaurants, gymnasiums & retail stores for well-known brands in the UK.
We offer excellent rates up to £20 hour depending on your experience & capabilities, the work is typically split 70/30 - bench/on-site depending on the job requirements. We also offer generous overnight allowances when working away.
Be able to demonstrate:
* 5 years+ installing custom joinery elements on site.
* 5 years+ manufacturing custom joinery elements within the workshop.
* Ability to work from basic & in-depth CAD drawings/designs.
* Working with laminates, solid surface, veneers, solid wood, MDF, HPL and edging.
Must have the ability to:
* Manage you workload.
* Use your own initiative, work independently and as a team.
* Maintain quality control awareness at all times.
* Take responsibility on site.
* Own hand tools.
Qualifications Required/Desired
* Qualification(s) relevant to bench joinery manufacture (REQUIRED)
* Driving License (REQUIRED)
* CSCS Card (REQUIRED)
* SMSTS (DESIRABLE)
* IPAF (DESIRABLE)
* First Aid (DESIRABLE)
Availability to work away and install across the UK.
Standard hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday–Friday and over-time is readily available.
The role will initially be on a subcontract basis leading to the potential going on the books if desired.
