About the Role
On behalf of a leading consultancy specializing in planning, development economics, and design, we are searching for a talented and forward:thinking Associate Director to join their Midlands Planning Team. This well:established consultancy is known for delivering innovative and high:quality solutions across a variety of prestigious projects in both the private and public sectors. Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic leadership position, you will:
: Spearhead and contribute to projects including strategic planning, development management planning, and coordination of planning activities.
: Deliver expert advice to clients, ensuring exceptional results.
: Manage and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
: Cultivate and maintain productive client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
: Stay abreast of current planning legislation and ensure compliance.
: Play a key role in expanding the presence and influence of the Midlands office.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
: A minimum of six years of experience in planning, with MRTPI accreditation.
: A strong understanding of commercial environments along with proven expertise in forward planning and development management.
: A thorough knowledge of planning legislation coupled with a commitment to delivering excellence.
: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
: Confidence in managing client relationships and handling project management responsibilities.
: Experience and local knowledge of the Midlands region (highly advantageous).
