Kitchen Team Leader – Faversham Premier Inn

In this role, you'll manage the kitchen daily—handling rotas, ordering food, leading during busy services, and maintaining audit standards. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen, from food quality to hygiene. It’s a hands-on leadership role ideal for those looking to develop into a Head Chef.
PAY RATE:
Up to £13.81 per hour
HOURS:
30 hours over 5 days per week – guaranteed hours to help plan your week ahead

What you’ll do:
* Own food ordering, stock control, and managing food costs for the hotel.
* Lead during service—organising the team, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth operations.
* Prepare, cook, and serve our menu to specification, from breakfasts to pub classics.
* Ensure the kitchen meets health, safety, and hygiene standards—training the team and maintaining records.
* Step up by running shifts and helping new team members settle in.
