Support Worker - Multiple positions available
Lobster Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to join a growing team. We have shifts in Sussex and Surrey area.
You will work with extraordinary people who achieve fantastic successes and work as part of a supportive team, focusing on outcomes through a person-centred approach.
We work closely with local services for vulnerable people, to offer flexible working hours including:
1. Early shifts
2. Late shifts
3. Long Day shifts
4. Night shifts
Requirements:
5. Have experience working with adults and/or children with learning and physical disabilities (Minimum 6 Months experience)
6. Be passionate about providing excellent support
7. Be compassionate, take responsibility for your own actions and be keen to acquire new knowledge
