SEN Teacher (KS3/KS4 English)
Location: Central Nottingham
Contract Type: Part-time, Immediate Start
Salary Range: £140-£190 per day
Are you an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in central Nottingham? We are seeking a dedicated professional to teach KS3 and KS4 English to pupils with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs on a part-time basis, starting immediately.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and accessible English lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
* Support pupils through 1:1 and small group teaching, ensuring progress across KS3 and KS4.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic development.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies to meet diverse needs.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies, particularly for ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
* Ability to differentiate lessons and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere.
* A genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their potential.
