We are seeking a motivated and organised Performance Centre Supervisor & Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic Sports Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Performance Centre ensuring safe and effective use of equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised environment. This role offers the opportunity to support the Head of Sports Science in implementing S&C programmes, assist pupils with their training, and supervise individual and team sessions, including those held before school and during lunchtimes.
Salary: Competitive plus benefits.
Hours: Term-time only (34 weeks), 2 weekdays (Monday and Friday) typically 7am -3pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Later shifts may be required as agreed with the Director of Sport.
Satudays, 8.30am - 1.30pm or 11am - 5pm dependent on fixture timings with a half an hour unpaid break.
