Human Rights Manager
Sustainability | Reporting to the Head of Sustainability
Are you passionate about promoting human rights? Are you ready to make a real impact in a purpose-driven business? At World Wise Foods, we are looking for a Human Rights Manager to help develop and deliver our human rights strategy.
Working within our broader Sustainability team, this role is central to how we identify and address human rights risks end-to-end in our global supply chains. You will lead our ethical audit programme whilst supporting our broader human rights due diligence approach. Working closely with suppliers, third‑party audit bodies and internal teams you will ensure compliance, drive corrective action and embed continuous improvement.
Internally, you will work collaboratively with Commercial and Technical colleagues, supporting tender processes and supplier onboarding and monitoring. You will help integrate our broader sustainability strategy across the business and develop clear internal and external communications that promote the work of the Sustainability team. Externally, you will represent World Wise Foods in relevant industry forums, customer meetings and multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in ethical compliance and/or human rights due diligence. A good understanding of SMETA, Sedex and the ETI Base Code, and the ability to analyse data to inform decision‑making is required. You will need to be highly organised, detail‑oriented and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong Excel skills and a proactive, responsive approach are essential. A relevant degree is desirable but not essential.
