This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied workload across both accounts preparation and audit, while taking ownership of assignments and supporting junior team members. The Role As an Accounts & Audit Senior, you will: Manage a portfolio of accounts and audit clients Prepare and review statutory accounts for limited companies and other entities Plan, lead and deliver audit assignments from start to finish Review work prepared by junior team members and provide guidance Identify audit risks and evaluate internal controls Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations Support managers and partners with audit planning and client discussions Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit regulations and internal quality procedures About You You will ideally have: ACA / ACCA qualification (or be qualified by experience) Strong experience in an accountancy practice environment Proven background across both accounts preparation and audit Experience leading audits and reviewing junior staff work Solid knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards Confident client-facing and communication skills A proactive, organised and commercially aware mindset What’s On Offer Hybrid working with flexibility Competitive salary and benefits package Clear progression opportunities toward Accounts & Audit Manager Exposure to a varied and interesting client portfolio Supportive, collaborative and professional team culture Ongoing training and development Interested?
