Project Coordinator High-End Residential (Ongoing Contract) Location: Split between head office (SW14) and multiple sites (primarily Central London - Kensington) Rate: £160 per day Working Hours: Typically 07:45 AM 05:00 PM (subject to project needs) Travel: Required (via public transport or personal vehicle); valid driving license essential Experience & Qualifications: Project Management or Construction qualifications Background in property/construction, ideally within prime residential projects Key Responsibilities: Handle enquiries for small works Conduct site visits, assess requirements, and prepare pricing Present costs and project variations to clients Manage invoicing and procurement of materials, labour, and subcontractors Gather design details and client approvals to facilitate project completion Develop construction issue programmes and monitor site progress Provide weekly progress reports to directors and leadership Plan and allocate company labour, maintaining the Holt contract planner Oversee the supply chain, ensuring alignment with critical path objectives Conduct quality control checks and maintain RFI, CVI, and IRS records Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with clients, design teams, building control, structural engineers, and consultants Arrange necessary permits and licenses via head office Oversee client handover and compile operation & maintenance manuals
