£25,583 - £25,989 FTE per year, pro rata (including 2025 pay award). Actual Salary from £21,882 - £22,229 per year (based on working 38 weeks per year - 44.6 paid weeks). Job-shares would be considered.
What we are looking for
Worlebury St Paul’s Church School is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Clerical Assistant to undertake this vital role at the heart of the school. The post is for 37 hours, with a working pattern of 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will need to:
1. Have experience working within an office, ideally a school office.
2. Be highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrate patience, care, and self-motivation.
4. Be able to prioritize and adapt effectively under pressure.
5. Thrive within a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding environment.
6. Confidently demonstrate excellent administration, ICT, and financial skills.
7. Prioritize safeguarding, making it a key responsibility.
8. Previous experience in schools is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
