About the Role
We are currently seeking Bank or Freelance Clinical Educators to deliver high-quality training across a range of healthcare settings and locations. Courses include but not limited to venepuncture, catheterisation, medication management, and end-of-life care. These sessions are delivered in line with our materials, protocols, and policies.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience within the Health and Social Care sector both virtually and face to face.
* Professional registration relevant to clinical skills training (e.g. NMC, GMC, HCPC) or extensive relevant clinical experience in its place.
* A minimum of level 3 or higher teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards this).
* Ability to work independently, with strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using digital platforms to enhance training and administration.
* Willingness to travel to training venues (mileage reimbursed and accommodation covered where overnight stays are required).
* Professional indemnity & Public Liability Insurance required if undertaking freelance opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality training sessions in different healthcare settings.
* Support, monitor and empower learners, providing support, direction and constructive feedback.
* Maintain accurate training records and complete associated administration.
* Work with our Clinical Team to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Engage in ongoing professional development.
