What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will be integral to the daily management of any successful sales region. You will work alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to all stakeholders within our customer base. Additionally, you will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries as necessary to provide real-time support.
How You'll Create Impact
* Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products.
* Deliver training on the use of Zimmer Biomet products.
* Generate sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers.
* Manage logistics around procedure planning and stock management.
* Support product demonstrations and educational initiatives onsite.
* Follow internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
* Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products.
* Keep Salesforce updated for your accounts.
* Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training, etc., as required.
* Provide monthly reports on performance, activities, and the competitive situation.

Your Background
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong networking capabilities and business acumen.
* Knowledge of Orthopaedics, including competitors' products and strategies.
* Significant clinical expertise.
* Excellent presentation, customer-centric, relationship, and communication skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, target-oriented, organized.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
