About the role
As a Design Engineer at Craft, you will conceptualize, design, and implement cutting-edge interactive UIs. You’ll work closely with product designers, and software engineers, bringing ideas to life with precision and creativity. Your animations and interactions will define the user's journey, making complex functionalities appear effortless and engaging.
What we're looking for
* A passion for intuitive and engaging UI—you're deeply interested in user experience and consistently advocate for usability and aesthetics.
* A proactive and innovative mindset—you’re continuously looking for new techniques and technologies to improve interactions and user experiences.
* Attention to detail—you're meticulous about animation timing, smoothness, and responsiveness, ensuring perfection in the user experience.
* Experience collaborating closely with designers and product teams, transforming ideas into polished, production-ready UI.
It would be great if you have:
* Experience in cross-platform UI development, allowing your web animations and native mobile interfaces to feel unified.
* Strong proficiency with Swift and UIKit—you can seamlessly integrate innovative animations and interactive elements within native iOS applications.
