Responsibilities and duties of the Solar Maintenance Engineer role
Reporting to the Hiring Manager you will:
1. Deliver mobile planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial solar PV sites
2. Carry out maintenance inspections, fault finding, repairs, upgrades, and installation works
3. Work on both single-phase and three-phase commercial rooftop solar PV systems
4. Communicate professionally with clients on site, responding to queries and providing clear updates
5. Identify, report, and log defects and remedial actions during service visits
6. Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection reports and maintenance logs
