My client is looking for a proactive HR Advisor for 3 months temporary assignment to support contracts, policies, and general HR administration. This role combines advisory work with hands‑on tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Location
Hybrid - 2/3 days on site, Milton Keynes
Key Responsibilities
* Review and issue employment contracts, ensuring data accuracy and e‑signatures.
* Upload and maintain company policies; train and advise managers on updates.
* Audit apprenticeship and training records; identify gaps.
* Maintain HR folders and ensure all data is stored.
* Support recruitment, on boarding, and general HR queries.
Skills & Experience
* HR experience in a generalist or advisory role.
* Knowledge of contracts, policies, and employment law.
* Experience with HR systems (preferably CezanneHR).
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confident communication.
