* £43,102 – £46,761 per annum

What we're looking for:
1. Proven experience in surveying, preparation of accurate reports and working within the social housing sector or similar.
2. Proven experience in managing facilities
3. Proven experience in delivering improvement/repair works.
4. Proven experience working with various service providers / contractors.
5. Proven experience in estate management.
6. Have good technical knowledge of properties, construction and the built environment.
