What you'll do
Based in our Central London head office within the Commercial Operations team, as a Macro Space Analyst, your analysis and recommendations will influence key decisions and involve various stakeholders. Your main responsibilities include creating optimal space allocations to maximize commercial outcomes and improve customer experience. You will work with trading teams, partners, and develop industry-leading tools and models. By evaluating store and category performance, you will identify opportunities to improve space utilization and support the Macro Space Manager on projects. You will communicate effectively to articulate space recommendations and their impact, helping to drive customer choice, financial performance, and operational compliance. Your continuous learning and stakeholder engagement will establish you as an expert in space recommendations. You will also lead, develop, and line manage in this role.

You are a highly analytical and influential professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You possess a deep understanding of the grocery market, with excellent data manipulation and analysis skills. Your recommendations impact key decisions and foster collaboration across functions. Your expertise in space optimization enables you to deliver growth in sales, volume, and profit through creating effective space allocations.
