Role Description
Join Our Team as a Senior Support Worker
Location:Surbiton, Surrey
Salary:£13.53 per hour (£26,383.50 pro-rata) plus benefits. Additional £50 per sleep-in shift.
Hours:37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).
Contract:Full-time, Permanent.
Driving Requirement:A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.

Essential Criteria
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate exposure to the following areas of expertise:
* Cerebral palsy
* Epilepsy
* Physical disabilities and sight loss
* Autism and learning disabilities
* Manual handling
* Strong admin and computer skills, including rotas, writing support plans and risk assessments
* You will have a QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.
