Description

Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Sales team. Establish and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients interested in holding their events at Silverstone. Assist and collaborate closely with BDMs and other departments to deliver a client-friendly and seamless sales administration function.

Key Responsibilities

* Be the main administrative contact for selected corporate clients.
* Establish excellent customer relationships and provide high-standard service via phone and email.
* Support the sales process with proposals, quotes, templates, and system updates.
* Manage pricing and allocations on Delphi for maximum occupancy.
* Handle incoming inquiries, email distribution, and support client projects.
* Oversee weekly and monthly sales reporting, including yield, revenue, and contracted status reports.
* Process POs, invoices, credit notes, and update relevant systems.
* Compile sales data and reports for analysis.
* Manage third-party invoicing and credits to minimize customer debt.
* Maintain and update marketing plans and venue directories.
* Create and update user manuals and sales documentation.
* Assist with varied administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
* Attend networking events and promote Silverstone as a venue.
* Support market research and competitor analysis.

* Contribute to health and safety practices.
* Operate in accordance with SCL policies.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

* Organized professional with strong customer relations experience.
* Polite with excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail, with strong oral and written communication.
* Advanced MS Word and Excel skills.
* Flexible work approach.
* Full clean UK driving license.
