What you'll be doing
* Leading and resolving ASB and tenancy enforcement cases from start to finish
* Conducting investigations, risk assessments and developing clear case plans
* Managing breaches including illegal occupation, abandonment and subletting
* Supporting sensitive cases involving safeguarding, domestic abuse and vulnerability
* Preparing high-quality legal documentation and attending court where necessary
* Working closely with police, local authorities, safeguarding teams and community partners
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy
* Identifying trends and contributing to service improvement and prevention strategies
