Nuffield Health is looking for an Associate Project Manager for an exciting programme of work within the Employee, Infrastructure and Data technology unit to join us on a 7-month fix term contract until the end of 2025. As the Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role within the project team leading the Windows 11 Upgrade delivery project, working across multiple workstreams and across our entire estate. You will coordinate cross-functional teams both internally and externally, manage dependencies with key stakeholders, work with all technology squads and coordinate the deployment of the Nuffield Health Windows 11 build to our Hospitals and Fitness and Wellbeing sites. You will also be pivotal in supporting our sites as the project progresses. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Associate Project Manager with a strong track record in Operating system upgrades / Programmes, or large-scale technology projects. You will bring an organised mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to be part of the team driving complex initiatives to successful completion. Experience in healthcare would be a bonus - but a passion for delivering fast-paced change in a complex estate is what we're looking for. As an Associate Project Manager, you'll bring: Proven project delivery/project coordination experience in a complex technology environment with a high volume of change, balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity. Proven ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously. An experienced and respected professional with well-developed stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation. Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. Demonstrable capability to resolve conflict and to build, maintain, and utilise relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals. A collaborative working style with a strong focus on delivering outcomes. Significant demonstrable experience of practising and embedding at least one applicable methodology: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc Helping you feel good.
