The organisation operates small therapeutic homes, all currently rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, with a strong emphasis on nurturing relationships, stability, and positive outcomes for children and young people. The Role As a Wake Night Residential Support Worker, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment throughout the night whilst ensuring the wellbeing of children within the home.
