Job Description
Your Role
As a Care Assistant,you’llbuild meaningful relationships with regular clients and provide high-quality, person-centred care, including:
* Personal care and daily support
* Meal preparation and medicationassistance
* Companionship,conversationand reassurance
* Support with outings,appointmentsand pet care
Working With Us
* Average30 hours per week
* Availability required between8am – 10pm(split shifts)
* Alternate weekends, with aday off in lieu
* Paid client introductions, so you feel confident and supported from day one
What We Offer
* Paid travel and waiting time, plus45p per mile mileage allowance
* 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)

(Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.)
Qualifications
WhatYou’llNeed
* A caring, dependable, and professional approach
* Afull UK driving licenceand access to your own vehicle (essential due to the rural nature of our client base)
* Right to work in the UK
An enhanced DBS check will berequiredas part of the recruitment process.
