Your new role
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing customers. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow account value. This is not a cold-calling role — instead, you’ll be speaking with warm, engaged customers who already use our products/services.
Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of accounts
Make outbound calls to current customers to discuss upcoming needs, product updates, and growth opportunities
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer requirements
Ensure an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
